If all of Harvard's active NSF awards are cut, that's 252 grants worth ~$260 million awarded to date.

There are 2 doge guys assigned to the agency and they are making unilateral decisions to cancel whatever they want, and taking the authority to make final up/down decision on any new grants. Overriding the merit review process and also overriding career officials.
