Of course. Those over age of 65, those on SSI or otherwise disabled, and those who kept Medicaid because of childhood disability of some sort.

I forgot to note that according to the ACLU, HIPAA may actually violate 4A protections, but has never been tested.

Which brings up the overall constitutionality of HHS’s plans under 4A.

They’re weaponizing our health against us! I won’t seek medical help or have my prescriptions filled because I saw this coming. HIPAA will not protect us…because it authorizes far more entities than originally presented:

Does anyone know if the federal government keeps Medicaid claim files like they do Medicare claims files? I honestly thought states administer Medicaid. Do states transfer all Medicaid claims to the federal government?
