We are blessed with @portcitybrew.bsky.social Optimal Wit, and @allagashbrewing.bsky.social White is plentiful, but BJ's version is a bit spicier and more acidic; it's worthy of a place at our table, and yours, as well.

I do quite enjoy a Belgian-style witbier during summer, with the coriander and orange spice profile over a bright, crisp wheat which just hits right in hot weather. So I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to review Nit Wit White Ale from BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.
