I was taught growing up that you could only communicate once a day, but nowadays second helpings of Jesus seem to be okay *g* so

I take communion every opportunity I get (including at our Pride parade yesterday), so I would do so at both services in your situation.

Unless it presents undue hardship I would think both is certainly preferable. Communion with God seems to be one of those things you aren't really going to be able to overdo, barring some sort of disorder like scrupulosity.
