OSCE maps clearly show that Ukraine began artillery strikes against the Donbas republics on February 16th, 2022.

In other words, Ukraine began shelling the independent republics of Donetsk and Luhansk nine days before Russia announced its ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine.

Those OSCE maps clearly show an increase in the number of ceasefire violations but do not state who is responsible for it.

When you read the reports (you should have done it) it is clear that the ceasefire violations occurred on both sides of the demarcation line. 👇

And moreover, you are mistaking shelling with ceasefire violations.

For example in this report 👇 the OSCE recorded explosions in non-government controlled area caused by a training exercise.

So on the maps, points in separatists area can be caused by separatists.

Yes there were some violations from the seperatist but it is clear that almost all were from Ukraine.
