Gee, only fired the black person? Let the whites who did the same thing go? A racist does not consider the expertise of people, and instead makes ignorant decisions based on the color of people's skin. I am a white guy who lives with and around blacks. Racists miss out on life. For a phobia?

Stable federal jobs, like all jobs in the public sector have been the main escalator of Black mobility in the past 50 years. Reduce the # of public jobs, contract them to private organizations and fire Black workers: you weaken Black America.
