Really? Is that why they wont be doing oil exports soon, because they'll need all they can get at home after Ukraine has been blowing the snot out of their refineries?
It seems like Putin's losing his grip. With Iran and China caught up in their own mess, he's left scrambling and stuck with North Korea. Maybe it's time for him to realize he can't control everything.
