James Garner and Jack Lemmon had great chemistry in “My Fellow Americans”. Enjoyable movie.

Though it has its issues, I liked seeing Garner in the “Maverick” movie, especially with the reveal of who he really is, at the end.

He’s the best. I read that when he found out that Gary Larson took “Rockford” scripts and made a few changes and used them on some of his shows, Garner filed a grievance with the WGA for his writers and won credit and residuals for them.

Indeed. Even better, when Larson tried to schmooze with Garner - tried to pass it off as harmless and not uncommon, so they should put it behind them and be friends - Garner told Larson to get his hand off of him and leave him alone. When Larson didn’t, Garner punched Larson in the face.
