Fun fact: tuition does not cover books, supplies, uniforms, extras, (field trips, special projects, etc.) Tuition just means you have attendance covered. That's *IF* your child is accepted. That's a roll of the dice. Enjoy the struggle, opacity, and snobbery. Your tax dollars at work.
Fun fact: Private schools are under no obligation to accept all applicants, and the wealthy will also use those vouchers. That has been well documented.
Lol, no private schools were established for white children whose parents didn't want to de-segragate. They also don't take children with disabilities.
Private school vouchers are just a coupon for rich families already going to private schools. They laugh their asses off that they got the public to fall for “this will help poor kids get a better education.” They know they never have to let the poors in, let alone anyone else who’s “undesirable.”
