#VERMONT has ~33,000 #ACA exchange enrollees who would be hit by these absurd premium hikes, which the insurance carriers predict will cause 14% of enrollees to drop coverage *entirely*.
It also has another ~64,000 in Medicaid via #ACA expansion.
That's 15% of their total population at risk.
