These changes almost never include funding for administating these programs.
According to the Louisiana Workforce Commission, there were only ~92,000 unemployed residents of Louisiana as of March 2025.
Again, there's ~780,000 on Medicaid via ACA expansion.

At the time Louisiana had ~132,000 unemployed residents.
