--A single 50-yr old earning $40K/yr's premiums would jump from $153/mo to $258/mo for the same plan.
--A single parent earning $50K/yr would go from $157/mo to $299/mo.
--A 64-yr old couple earning $90K/yr would have to pay $25,000 MORE PER YEAR for the same coverage.
In other cases they'll have to drop coverage entirely & hope to get a job w/employer coverage, or move to a "junk plan."

Having said that, I'm not sure how that would play out; the PAYGO rules don't clarify HOW the $ has to be cut, just that it does.
