I think your site was down earlier; my podcast app couldn't access the feed. Depending on your configuration, this may have messed up Bluesky.

That makes sense given how they authenticate custom domains. It’s actually a great feature of this site, since it makes users responsible for verification and avoids the “blue check” becoming a politicized status symbol.

You can also authenticate using a DNS record. That's how I do it. My domain doesn't even have a website right now.
