A buddy did his Masters Thesis on the top .1% of wealthy people around the globe. The only two variables with any statistical significance were “Born Astronomically Wealthy” and “Already in the Top 2% and in the right place at the right time to invest”. Full stop.
.... getting rich shouldn't be the aim of countries or companies... providing wellbeing and good lives for its people/workers and operating sustainably for the planet should be.
