When moved to Taos, my car died. I hitchhiked 20 miles just to get to work. There was a pickup of guys off to work on building houses. They always picked me up, and they always gave me a little food and water. All from Mexico
Concerned about both to be honest. Here in Central Texas illegal immigrants are stealing from people's homes with impunity. Anything within reach and don't even care if there are cameras. Never understood why Biden and Dems chose to look the other way.

I’m concerned as are most people. However right now I’m concerned with the bandits that steal packages and break in cars and who are in no way an immigrant.

I have lived 60 miles from the Mexican border for nearly 10 years. I have yet to be attacked by an immigrant, nor have I seen any hordes passing my home. Funny, that. 🤷♀️

I am very worried about the loss of knowledge, historical knowledge and such, the brain drain, etc. from our institutions. I just worry that a lot of things will get broken and it will be very hard to fix them again.
