In my neck of the woods, most of the interest (and this is secondhand, I don't work on this directly) is in "xLM" models--much smaller, a little to a lot more specialized. Pulling back on that "it's generic, it can do everything" while trying to find a sweet spot where it isn't prohibitively hungry.
