Update: A spokesperson at Fox News Media said a producer, who is no longer with the network, "failed to relay the information from (FCC Chairman Brendan) Carr to the show, and neither Laura Ingraham nor the executive producer were made aware of the notice ahead of the interview."

During his first term, Trump's FCC saw no problem with Sinclair's "Bottom Line with Boris" must-run editorials which were aired without even the offer of "equal time," a concept dead long ago thanks to Reagan, Murdoch and Roy Cohen.
