This is whataboutism if I ever saw it.
It's a good thing we have the Schengen Agreement then, where we travel freely wherever we want. How many of these abortions were because people were in another country anyway and with universal health care everywhere can do it wherever. Fix your shit America.

In Norway we have free abortion til week 18, after that you have to discuss it with some counsellors. Is that what you mean by "certain conditions"?

The statistics look a bit fishy to me: e.g., the legislation in Germany is quite liberal, in Poland very restrictive -- that seems to imply that the figures are either incomplete, or that other factors than the legal situation have a big influence.
