This is incredibly unsafe, illegal and probably causing this section of the bikeway to deteriorate far more quickly than it would otherwise.
It's a bikeway, not made for semi trucks (or any cars).
I wish @cityminneapolis.bsky.social would do more to ensure drivers don't do this.

I just wonder if the city owns both and needs to retire one. @cityminneapolis.bsky.social has a lot more followers, including city staff and elected officials, so if they're using @minneapolismn.gov it need to be publicized more.
I don’t get why we don’t have enforcement of laws? Clearly the shipping co. knows they will face no real consequence.
My approach is to report every one to 311 (via the app) to ensure they’re documented.
I do think a potential approach with this one is to talk to the owner/staff at Lake and Bryant Cafe, but we need more comprehensive fixes city wide.
The same (or another) Sysco truck was parked in the bus lane on Lake near Hennepin later in the day too.
