Can anyone explain to me why one unelected civilian got to overrule a MAJORITY of the House - 137 Dems and 98 Repubs - who had sponsored funding for pediatric cancer research? Was Musk just trying to show he can demand anything and get it? Even something so heinous as taking money from dying kids?
