Republicans could not care less. They demand the baby is born without concern for the mother and will absolutely let the mother die if there's a choice between the mother and child. Once the baby is born, Republicans are completely hands-off and are actively taking away programs to help new mothers.

Probably will also increase the amount of children that end up in the foster care system. No one seems to consider the darker side of forcing women to have children. There is also the fact that many of these children will NEVER be adopted, despite the claims of pro-birth people that can’t have kids.
