been out of work since Jan. Part of the Strat Financial lay due to the baby wolf on Wall Streets company getting seized by several state AGs. search has been the worst I’ve experienced in all my years being part of the work force AND still waiting on NYS benefits for my husband. It’s just a game.

Just last year I got a rejection letter only to receive an interview a few days later. I asked directly about it because why not. They wanted to save 50 dollars on the posting by not using their system to set up my interview. I was like you see how that isn’t a good look right?

Not so long ago I was having a great interview for a job I would have really liked but would have required my family to relocate. 40 minutes in I found out the actual salary was 20k less than was listed which was a dealbreaker. I tell recruiters now to tell me the salary or to quit wasting our time.

A little over a month ago, I turned the green banner on over on LinkedIn, within a minute, I received multiple messages from bots asking about what I was looking for. Just like with fake postings, these bots are taking over the platform and are extremely convincing.
