My sister stopped eating meat before I did and I thought she was nuts. A few years later I took the plunge and had the same feeling most vegans have: I wish I'd done it sooner.

I'm working on it. Man, the cheese thing is difficult. Two years vegetarian and I despise CAFO dairies so I buy ethically and far less than I ever have. But by the end of this year I will definitely be one of those people who said "I could never go vegan" who is vegan.

I was the same. Dairy was a huge thing for me. I *loved* cheese and other dairy products. But there are dairy alternatives which are adequate if not great, and I feel better, and now that I've been exposed to those dairy conditions, I'm done with it for good. I only wish I'd done it sooner.
