If they made it so it didn’t track sleep, it would be so natural and logical to charge it while you sleep. They didn’t do that though so there’s no reasonable time to charge it.

As a totally personal anecdote, I wore one for a few years then decided I was frustrated with it and was noticeably happier in the months after I stopped wearing it.

I’ve had a Garmin Vivoactive for years, it does all the sleep and activity tracking, but unless I’ve got it actively paired to the phone, I don’t get notifications

Yeah, I started with the 3, have the 5 now. Battery life is amazing, it tracks everything I need it to and does golf and running and a TON of other sports, and can store music to pair to a Bluetooth headphone.

And it’s like $300 tops for the nicest model

So for me the watch is mostly for tracking runs, telling me yardage and stuff during rounds of golf, and things like that. It's also a nice watch

But an Apple Watch lasts roughly 24 hours, tops, if you don't do anything with GPS or anything. My Garmin is good for 5-7 days.

It aint pretty but i cannot recommend galaxy fit2 watch enough.
$50 new. Notifications, music control +alarms, calendar brief, weather. charge lasts 4+ days.
