The other problem as well is that so much of our educational and skills base is about learning and replicating processes. Not creativity. Unis haven't worked out that is the threat AI poses for them not AI doing great essays.

That does have a huge impact though. People have no idea how much of our service industry is basically moving around pre-packaged bits of knowledge about processes that other people don't know and aren't hard for AI to reproduce.
