Can you tell me which review found that interventions were generally more effective if they were delivered by an external person (more likely to be specifically trained in MH) than by the normal teachers?

This is very interesting to me: many teachers & parents are not happy with MH lessons but are too scared to say it, for fear of seeming unsupportive about young people’s MH. So they all think their view is unusual.
