SCOOP: Andrew Tate's 'The Real World' had its streams hijacked early this month to play videos like Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" and Subway Surfers.
the hijacker, who participated in another hack of TRW in November, called the site "hilariously insecure."

reactions were mixed. some understood it was a hack — something they referred to as a "Matrix attack," a manosphere reference to the sci-fi film — while others thought instructors were pranking them.
the attack only took a few button-clicks and the streaming software OBS, according to the actor, who called it "easy af."
the actor has continued exploiting it since it was discovered on June 12. users are apparently oblivious that it's not just a bug in the site.
@mikaelthalen.bsky.social reported for The Daily Dot in November on a larger hack by a group, which had a trove of data released through @ddosecrets.com. that group included the hijacker here.
