Moving the pitch from its current footprint is the only bit I can’t get past. If there were a way of developing around that footprint then ok, but if not I think it’s a no for me.

Great video, I agree completely. I had a similar reaction, initially I wasn't sure but if they can build that or something similar it will be fantastic for the club. My biggest worry was that with a new stadium the stands wouldn't be close to the pitch and it would look like every other new stadium
