with it being BPD awareness month i’m gonna post some positive traits for those of us who struggle with this every day. whenever BPD is mentioned i tend to see people speaking badly of us, but we’re not ‘monsters’, we’re just people who struggle to regulate our emotions and feel things very deeply.🤍

Me best friend who I’ve known since I was 8 years old has had to deal with this his whole life, and he was only diagnosed with it officially around 10 years ago and we’re still learning. There’s still so much to learn and teach about it.
Thanks for sharing this.
Love you sister 🧡💙
(the 🧡💙 made me think of irn bru, was that intentional?🤣🏴)
Erm… yeah… I totally meant Irn Bru 👀
I do LOVE irn bru though.
Reading this is making me realize why I had 2 doctors basically contradicting each other and one going "you're bipolar" and the other being like "what? That guy doesn't know what he's talking about about, you have BPD" lol
I don't even know which I have because of that
It's great you feel comfortable enough to talk about it and share real experiences. Always here to support that 🫂
thank you 🥹🫂 it’s so nice to have found friends on here who offer so much support 🥹
But I'm glad you feel like you've made more friends that understand and show support 🤗
