I keep hydration packets and water in my room. I try to keep water on me most of the day.

Yes, please everyone!! Started feeling slightly woozie and realized I had not hydrated enough. Gatorade to the rescue!!
Sometimes I forget that I am on these meds, because I don't drink alcohol often and I just don't assume not super hydrating in heat is worse.
