Having worked in hospo most of my career this couldn't be more true 😂

Literally the truth isn't it haha worked In hospitality for 20 plus years

I worked in restaurants for around 15 years. Been out of the front line for the last 5 but now work in tech for restaurants/bars/hotels etc

Done out front but could only bite my tongue for so long so went back into the kitchen

Isn't it just, Ive just started in a hotel in Scotland, and still to this day nothing amazes me

Haha. reckon I could write a book with some of shit I dealt with! Still can't relax in a restaurant now 😂
