Honestly rather than a specific era there are 2 games I wish I could just play without any memory of again. Those being the dark souls games (I guess that's 3 but whatever) and counterstrike

Yeah, like Video City & Filmnet. Blockbuster was pretty worldwide, though, & offered both films & games!

The one I grew up with in Cambridge had a pizza store next door, so we'd often grab a PS2/GameCube hire while we waited for our pizzas to be done.

One of the most nostalgic memories I have :)

PS2 era. I spent so much time just playing 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' tie-in games and 'Sonic'. I wish I experimented with more such as 'Shadow of the Colossus' and 'Okami'.
