Not really though. Yeah he did sanctions but nothing else and sactions were bi-partisan.

He basically let russia get away with taking Crimea and part of Donbas and sanctions were just a slap on the wrist for them.

Obama admin didn't provide any military hardware to Ukraine.

Trump admin signed off Javelins to Ukraine and he has one up on Obama because of that, he constantly talks about it.
