I think it’s possible. The whole world saw what Twitter was. During Black Summer here in Oz, I was getting updates in real time faster than the ABC & fire response. Was right on the edge of the main front threatening the Blue Mountains. Twitter wasn’t just social media, it was real life in real time

I think they’ll split Left and Right.
But the Right will always want to follow us, because they don’t actually agree or have consistent ideas, they just want to hate on us.

I think they can co-exist long term. Twitter will probs become more RW coded, Bluesky more LW coded. A lot of people will have accounts on both platforms at a guess.
