Simply identifying someone *at all* is difficult. Names might be hard to spell, initials might be wrong, dates of birth might be wrong or unavailable, and there will be many people with the same name.
For anyone who's ever drove near/or a reservation and seen red dressing hanging randomly in plain site, this is why.
Because they don't use resources for searching for Indigenous women and girls.

I have no words for how sad this is. I understand that many homeless, drug addicts people with no family maybe be bypassed. But it seems like a careless consideration of human life. The system prevents us from the information while the system doesn’t care. Reprehensible
