UP FIRST: The stakes are high in the case of a federal court blocking many of President Trump's tariffs this term. And, why Hungary and its leader are inspiring American conservatives.

We know why Hungary (and Turkiyë) inspire American conservatives: they have authoritarian leaders who hold thoroughly regressive views on social justice and have eroded their democratic checks on power to the point that they may as well be unchecked; in other words, #goals for them
The fact that a fascist leader in Hungary is “inspiring American conservatives” tells you everything you need to know about “American conservatives” – they’re neither actual conservatives, nor do they believe in American values. They believe in only POWER and CONTROL. They’re fascists.
Small businesses and many states' AGs took up the fight, incl MN. Republican congress ceded their setting tariff rights over to rumpy. The 44 page ruling incl blasting Congress for doing that.
The ruling against rumpy's tariffs was well written to survive any Supreme Court disagreement.
Matt Schlapp on Morning Edition went all in on "Actually it's NATO and the WHO, those are the fascists. Many people saying so" and I know that's an obvious lie but it would be so cool to point that out directly.
Trumps illegal tariffs were finally ruled to be unconstitutional by federal courts. There I fixed the headline for you as you try to sane wash trumps wannabe dictator crap.
The court didn’t block “Trump’s Tariffs”. He abused his authority and illegally implemented them. Framing is key guys. You make it seem like the court did something wrong
So you're still silent about the fact that Orban's Fascist power grab was planned with the help of GOP think tanks? Typical. Orban was inspired by the Republicans not the other way around. For research: Arthur Finkelstein and George Birnbaum. They invented the anti-Soros rhetoric as well.
I caught part of this topic on the radio earlier. Some of said inspired conservative talking points on the matter:
"The left Went Too Far" -- but can't/won't elaborate on -what- specifically the left went too far on.
"The Globalists"
Speaks of "The People" as a monolith, ignoring half the country.
“It may be a very dandy plan, but it has to meet the statute”. I am proud of Oregon for leading this effort. And a little hopeful the judiciary will do what it’s supposed to do.
My prediction: whatever it is or was that worked for Viktor Orban in Hungary won’t happen nor work for Trump in this blessed nation of ours! I mean, USA is so unique, diverse and “big, beautiful” that it’s hard for dictatorship or authoritarian regimes to get away with stuff like happening there…
Garcia’s saga will be one of undoings for the rogue morons. It’s drip, drip causations that’ll in the end bite these bastion of moronic elements who believe they don't answer to anyone! If it isn’t anxiety¶noia;why go huge lengths to attach hidden points bill to make sure accountability is forgone?
Dude, half the "stuff happening there" are default in the US even when it is not Trumpist Fascist place, but regular Fascist place with Biden in charge. Blessed nation my ass.
Did you know Hungary before Orban had okay healthcare for everyone? We have parental leave, mandated paid time off, state-wide insurance if you lose your job, Pigs don't shoot you at traffic stops, no kneeling on necks here. No armored vehicles for regular police. No NRA and shit. Funny, eh?!
"And, why Hungary and its leader are inspiring American conservatives."
Because they're all FASCISTS and they're going to do the world generations of harm if we don't stop them!

Why did it take so long to strike down the emergency powers Trump claimed?
The ruling against rumpy's tariffs was well written to survive any Supreme Court disagreement.
Success!
