While do think that my quality isn't where I'd want it for like, my dream jobs, I also don't know how well I'd actually do in many art jobs because of all the other elements of those jobs not related directly to drawing (art is a lot of work sometimes ;3; )

Western thought is more on the artists and their mind. Eastern thought is more on the spirit of the art being used through the artists.

Like, I really am just talking about the practical realities of doing art as a job. But assume wherever you live you want to have a portfolio when applying to art jobs right?

And so puting my art out there and calling highlighting it as "part of my portfolio" feels disingenuous when I'm not actually looking for art related jobs. It has nothing to do with the content of my work or the reasons I made it.
