I have some quibbles with fullback/CB choices, but his build/press set ups were generally very effective.
Similarly, Maresca was one of the least subby coaches in the league.
This is a key development point for 2025/26, if you want to improve.

That's much harder with Inter (A) between Brentford and Fulham, instead of Shamrock Rovers. Keep an eye here.
Was probably too conservative with the other academy guys in Conference League.
How does he find minutes without that competition in 25/26 and continue their development?
