This figure includes all the Nazis that the Red Army killed. Your account would be wise to not mourn them, and to find better, less reactionary ways to critique the communist leaders of the past.

Friend, I’m a pro-Ukraine socialist. Yes, this figure is wildly inflated. Not only does it indeed include the German WW2 casualties that, but the figure comes from “The Little Black Book of Communism” and the two historians who wrote it have since admitted to grossly inflating the number.
hes a liberal so im betting theres virtually no way he can engage with this subject that you wouldnt call reactionary.
If you want socialist policies you should abandon communism the same way crypto-fascists learned to abandon nazism. The "um ackshully those numbers are too high" shtick is done for.
i mean the whole 'hyperborean black sun esoteric third-positionist' stuff, they were clever enough to repackage it cause its nearly impossible to rehab hitler. The same is true for all these regimes, you might as well be arguing that p diddy was a nuanced guy with a lot of good ideas.

This count only counts civilians. Including the Holodomor genocides that socialists like to deny happened.

You don’t get to compare deaths under communist projects to “zero” you MUST compare them with deaths under capitalism to compare like with like.
You are welcome to make that comparison.
You might as well point to your local fiction section of the library.
