Since the Guardian began their series of investigations into the House of Lords, Charles Henry John Benedict Crofton Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, the Earl of Shrewsbury, is the fifth peer to face an inquiry for “erroneously” making claims for travel expenses he did not incur.
