It’s hard to see how you could tolerate ‘transphobic propaganda’ on campus and remove a policy of positive representation (the consequence of which would inevitably be the toleration of negative representation) and still be compliant with the PSED.

I don't know if you're au fait with the new E6 regulation coming in but there's a very unpleasant caveat that seems to suggest harassment is absolutely fine if it's 'defensible' as being free speech.

Sounds bad, but how does that interact with the PSED requirements on unis? I can imagine it being possible for someone to defend their individual actions as free speech while organisations would still be allowed to adopt policies which intend to deliver PSEDs.

Absolutely no idea, unis are expected to comply with two contradictory concepts. After stressing the importance of preventing harassment it then states:

E6.8 The provider must comply with the requirements of this condition in a manner which is consistent with the freedom of speech principles
