that should incrementally hurt him that the D leadership doesn’t even mention. They see it reported and think that should be enough. They need to grab ahold of something and harp on it constantly.

That’s why 2016-21 was so exhausting. Every day was a new outrage. Never time for the media or Ds to grab hold of something before the next outrage. Need to change the strategy and grab onto one thing instead of trying to hit everything. Pick something early.

The main question associated with that issue is "who now is Democratic leadership"? The old guard has been historically ineffective. The Harris election team was much, much better but lost the election and it remains to be seen how the "new communication" translates into a post-election scenario.
