I find the notion that there can be "too many" of a type of person discrimatory in and of itself and the active searching or forbidding someone from joining an institution because of the circumstances...
We need to push for a world that just doesn't care about that sort of thing. We don't currently care about how many left-handed CEOs there are. I see race and other factors in the same way.
