I saw it in the summer. The heat is definitely part of my memory of it, but Bryce remains my favorite canyon in terms of personal amazement.

we did 4/5 national parks when we were last there (zion was the one we missed) and only got a day in bryce, but it's just so stunning. i hope to be able to go back some day
