Seems to be geared more towards the budget category. Not everyone is aiming to run AAA on ultra with ray tracing. For $300-$400 this card seems pretty reasonable.

The problem is the 9070 and 9070 XT are already the mid-range performance cards. Anything more than $350 is pretty much DOA, especially if there's supply issues like on the 9070s.
