As much as I want to believe that Trump will be going to prison, we've been saying/hoping that for a while. If he loses, I wouldn't be surprised if he somehow gets off on a technicality. Again.
Physically, is FOTUS going to last that long? Am not sure he will given how he looks and how he keeps having obvious cognitive and emotional regulation problems.
Doubtful he is going to be in any shape to even be prosecuted let alone possibly run again as he states he may now.
