How is it genocide denial? You can absolutely call it heartless or cruel and there can be arguments over that, but how is it denying there's a genocide?

I'm torn over the issue, but the people I've seen making strong arguments about scamming have also been vocal in calling it a genocide.

I can understand why you do not see it that way. From my view it is genocide denial because it doesn’t stop any scams whatsoever but it does make people more reticent to believe the actual people asking for help in favor of dismissing them as not actually existing at all.

I get that, though I think in the heat of it all (and the character limit) it's hard to constantly acknowledge that, however many scammers there are or aren't, there are absolutely real people trying to get help they desperately need, and not acknowledging that is the essence of cruelty.

i do not care how impressive someone’s resume is—if this is the kind of thing you feel strongly compelled to spend a lot of time pushing then that tells me something about your character.
