But what has #Nashville #MetroCouncilNash done about this, you ask? Several things: parking has not been required in the downtown core for decades! We eliminated parking minimums on transit corridors. Then last term, we eliminated parking minimums & made them maximums in the UZO. More work to do!

My concern about it is that some council members have decided that the maximum (which was already too much as a minimum) is exactly what they should be asking for and we didn’t change anything.
