I can't agree more. I spent all last year raising awareness of Project 2025 and there was so much denial from most people. They were ALL parroting the same lies Trump was saying, that he had nothing to do with it, he wasn't going along with it etc. MAGA is absolutely a cult.

He seems to be mostly addressing the average US citizen. I don't really agree with the reasonings he provides in the articles. There's far more to it because MAGA literally ARE a cult, and how things were set up for Project 2025, were precisely how a cult leader gains control.

In order to successfully prevent Project 2025, we would have had to dismantle the cult of MAGA. Getting someone OUT of that degree of psychological conditioning, isn't easy and takes a lot of time and patience.

Fascism is something which we KNOW always exists. The more supporters or denialists it has, the stronger the chance of it emerging again. Whittling down the number of those people, is important for keeping it in check.

If we manage to remove them from power, the problem is only temporarily resolved. Eventually, getting people out of the cult control, will need to happen if we hope to keep this from repeating all over again.

I can't count the number of times I had people tell me it was impossible for Trump to start putting in what was described in Project 2025. They were in total denial that people's rights, the US constitution, ALL of it would be completely ignored or outright violated, in order to bring it in.
