Russia’s 1M casualties will trigger demographic shocks, labour shortages, growth risks. A shrinking male workforce undermines productivity. Russia may enter “slow burn” decline, defined by stagnation, aging, geopolitical retreat, temporarily masked by propaganda, repression &resource extraction.
Fairly easy, this was exactly what Stalin did. He didn't care about his soldiers, they were just cannon fodder. Put in is just using Russian war tradition.
